At CORUMFINEUNIE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer an easy and straightforward return and exchange process. Please read through the following policy to understand how returns and exchanges work.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, follow these steps:

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please write the RA number clearly on the return package.
Shipping the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3. Refunds and Exchanges Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. You will be notified once your item is processed.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, color, or model, we will process your exchange based on availability. If the exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized for you cannot be returned, except in cases of defects or damage.
Used or Opened Products: Products that have been used or are no longer in new condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, and CORUMFINEUNIE will cover the return shipping costs. Please send us clear photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the return policy is the same. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs associated with the return. Please ensure that you comply with local customs regulations when returning an item.
7. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund if the item is not in its original condition or if it is returned after the 30-day return period.
